We work under contract with serial deliveries. The plant keeps a heat history for every batch — so it is always clear what your liner was cast from: manganese, chrome, all within specification.

Gold mining
We supply manganese alloys for the actual abrasiveness of your rock. If something serious happens, we travel: a crew in Russia plus specialists in China who will fly to the site.

Open-pit coal mines
An open pit does not stop in winter or in summer — parts have to be put into production in advance, for the whole season. For the machines we service we keep a minimum stock in Krasnoyarsk.

Before the season we come for an inspection and hand over a report: what to replace before start-up. We work for the long term, not on the principle of "sold at a markup and disappeared for a year".

How we work
From request to part — four steps.

You tell us which machine it is
Send the crusher model, the part number or a photo of the nameplate. If there is no number, a photo of the part and three measurements are enough.

We select the part
We select the part, check the fit against the drawing and recommend a steel grade for your rock.
- 03
We agree and ship
We give you the price and the lead time. The contract allows up to 90 days, but if the part fits into a batch that is already being put together it comes sooner. For regular customers we can reserve a place in the next container.
- 04
We support you
On request: commissioning, installation supervision and seasonal inspection, so that you enter the season without downtime.

Service goes together with the supply
Our own licensed specialists, installation supervision, end-of-season inspection and liner stock in the warehouse.
