Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

The policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by ООО «ВАГР» (hereinafter the Operator), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

The policy applies to all personal data that the Operator receives from users of the vagr24.ru website, including data submitted through request forms, call-back forms, the selection quiz and by e-mail.

2. What data is processed

The Operator processes: the name (or another form of address given by the user), phone number, e-mail address, company name, and information about the required part or equipment that the user provides in the form or attaches as a file (drawings, photos of the nameplate, inspection reports).

In addition, when the site is visited, anonymised technical data is collected automatically: cookies, IP address, information about the browser and device, pages visited — by means of analytics systems, including Yandex.Metrica.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed to: prepare a commercial offer and calculate the price; select parts and equipment; conclude and perform a contract; contact the user regarding their enquiry; send documents and invoices; improve the operation of the site and analyse its use.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the user, which they give by ticking the relevant box in the form and submitting it, and on the basis of a contract to which the user is a party.

5. Procedure and terms of processing

Processing is carried out by mixed means (with and without the use of automation tools). The data is stored no longer than is required to achieve the purposes of processing, or until consent is withdrawn. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect the data from unlawful access, destruction, alteration and dissemination.

6. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law, and except where contractors are engaged (logistics, communications, analytics) to the extent necessary to perform obligations to the user.

7. Rights of the user

The user has the right to receive information about the processing of their data, to demand that it be clarified, blocked or destroyed, and to withdraw consent to processing. To do so it is enough to send a request to Dir@vagr24.ru or call +7 913 527-83-30.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for correct operation and Yandex.Metrica to analyse traffic. By continuing to use the site and clicking "Accept" in the banner, the user agrees to the processing of cookies. Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings — some functions of the site may then work incorrectly.

9. Changes to the policy

The Operator has the right to change this policy. The new version comes into force from the moment it is placed on the site.
