We select the part by model, part number or a photo of the nameplate. If there is no number, we identify it from photos and measurements. We check the fit against the drawing.

02Spare parts supply
Cone liners, jaw liners, blow bars and wear plates, conveyor components, pump parts — for imported and Soviet-series crushers. We cast to order and select the equivalent by part number.
03Equipment supply and start-up
Cone, jaw and impact crushers, screens, feeders, plants and turnkey lines. Design for the required fractions.
04Commissioning and installation supervision
Licensed specialists in Russia, engineers in China. We start up the equipment and supervise liner installation.
05Seasonal inspection
When the season closes we strip down and check the assemblies: liners, bushings, shafts, electronics. We hand over an inspection report — what to replace before the next start-up — and prepare the parts for the start of the season.
06Stock programme
For the equipment we service we hold stock of fast-moving parts so that you have no downtime. If a machine stops, the set is already in the warehouse.

Non-standard parts and analogues
No part number or discontinued — we identify by photo, measurements and drawing, and match an analogue by material and fit.
Inspection by assembly
We strip and check liners, bushings, shafts, bearings and hydraulics and issue an inspection sheet with replacement priorities.
Casting control
Steel grade, hardness and geometry are checked before shipment: the part must fit the first time.
We keep your plant running all season
We do not disappear after delivery: we support the equipment from first start to the next season and keep stock for the machines we service.
Season plan
We agree in advance what will be needed for the season and keep the positions in stock — no downtime in peak works.
Site visits and support
We come to sites across Russia and the CIS, stay in touch during business hours and help tune the crushing mode.
Paperwork and warranty
Certificates and passports for parts, supply warranty, closing documents for accounting and tenders.
